The Day Away

So it's the first Saturday of summer.

Saturday night, to be exact.

Actually, that's off...it's a Saturday EVENING.

There we go. So, a new summer of heat and sun and swimming and sand and roaming the warm streets has begun. The pressures of school have left us, the days can be as long (or as short) as we want them to be: stay up 36 hours straight with your friends, or sleep the sunny days away. Drive around; go to the beach and swim...or play Frisbee...or tan...or relax with your significant other...or run, if that's your thing...or just chill with your friends. You could forgo all of this and waste the months away playing videogames (as I know some people will do...).

We're sprawled out on the ground, waiting and anticipating the events and days ahead.

So, I've wasted enough time on here, for now. Blogs are nice...as is writing...but sometimes it's better to just have fun in the sun. Or, in this distinct case, crash on the couch with the headphones on and drown the day away to some stoned out rock and roll.
